Graduating with distinction, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta.

With a firm belief in active rehabilitation, she collaborates closely with clients, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

I graduated with a diploma in physical therapy in 1997.
For the past 27 years, I have been in general practice amassing a vast amount of experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions and geriatrics. I have certifications in acupuncture(CAFCI), electroacupuncture; cupping, IASTM, blood flow restriction training.
My main motivator is to leave each person that has entrusted me with their care , better than I found them! Challenging them to enjoy life and pursue happiness with moving competently as moving is living! My favorite saying is , “motion is lotion “.
